1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Say 1 Landscaping.

2. Our Services

Say 1 Landscaping provides professional landscaping services in the Glasgow area, including but not limited to:

• •Decorative and structural brickwork
• •Fencing installation and repairs
• •Garden design and planting schemes

3.Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted include labour, materials, and VAT (where applicable). Additional work discovered during the project will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

A deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon satisfactory completion. Payment terms will be clearly stated in your written quotation.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

We take pride in our craftsmanship and provide a workmanship guarantee on all completed projects. The guarantee period varies by service type and will be confirmed in your project documentation. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship but excludes normal wear and tear, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from ground movement or extreme weather.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project at any time before work commences with a full refund of any deposit paid. Once work has begun, cancellation may incur charges for work completed and materials ordered. We will always aim to reach a fair agreement in such circumstances.

6.Insurance & Liability

Say 1 Landscaping carries comprehensive public liability insurance. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during works. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the specific project. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not disclosed to us, or force majeure events.

7. Website Use

8. Governing Law
